　　On December 31, 2022, the opening ceremony of China Guangzhou Automobile Industry Conference was held at China Import and Export Fair Pavilion. The 2023 Intelligent Connected Vehicle Driving Competition (Guangzhou), 2023 Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology Conference and other activities were also launched at the same time. Li Xiaodong, Huadu District Governor attended the opening ceremony and signed a contract on behalf of Huadu District government. It is estimated that the total investment of the project is 3.4 billion Yuan, and the annual output value is expected to reach 105.7 billion Yuan.

　　At the opening ceremony of the conference, Huadu District signed a total of five projects, including Guangzhou Industrial Control Huadu 100 billion auto parts industrial park project, ZF auto electronics factory project, HoloMatic (Beijing) Co., Ltd. headquarters project, Suptech headquarters and new material production base project, and Guangzhou Huafeng expansion project.

　　Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., LTD.(GIIHG), the leading enterprise in Guangzhou advanced manufacturing industry, will build GIIHG auto parts sector headquarters, 100 billion level auto parts industrial park and other projects in Huadu in order to give full play to the advantages of advanced manufacturing industry cluster, integrate high-quality resources, and conduct overall planning and contiguous development. This project is expected to introduce about 100 enterprises to settle in Huadu within 5 years, with a total investment of about 1 billion Yuan, and an annual output value of 100 billion Yuan upon reaching the production capacity. GIIHG is ranked 147th in China's Top 500 Enterprises by 2022 and 64th in China's Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises by 2022. It is committed to investing in key areas such as forward-looking strategic emerging industries, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure construction and ensuring people's livelihood. It has a good industrial base and rich technical accumulation in high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, refrigeration appliances, new energy vehicle parts and other aspects.

　　This signing is another major achievement in mutual trust and cooperation between Huadu District and GIIHG, marking the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides, and will also further enhance the clustering effect of the automobile industry in Huadu District and strengthen the strategic layout of the automobile parts industry.

　　The site of ZF Automotive Electronics Factory covers a net land area of 123 mu(8.2 ha.). It is planned to start construction in 2023 and put into operation in 2025. The auto electronics factory will be built into a 10 billion level benchmark factory, reaching the lighthouse factory standard. The successful introduction of ZF automotive electronics factory is of great significance for Guangzhou to build a trillion-level automobile smart city strategy. It will help Guangzhou seize the key opportunity period for the development of intelligent connected vehicles, and promote the faster and more stable development of the automobile industry in Guangzhou. ZF is currently building the South China R&D Center in Huadu District, Guangzhou. The first phase of the test building of about 10000 square meters is expected to be put into use at the beginning of 2023.

　　As the main supplier of automatic driving mass production solutions under the independent brand of GAC Group, HoloMatic will set up the company headquarters and R&D headquarters in Huadu District to promote the industrialization of automatic driving technology and build the automatic driving mass production solutions driven by local data. HoloMatic, one of the few technological innovation companies with full-stack autonomous driving research and development ability, has the complete layout from artificial intelligence algorithm to embedded system, from big data closed-loop to system iterative evolution. It takes driving and parking as the starting point for mass production to finally realize the deployment of autonomous driving solutions for the whole scene.

　　Guangzhou Suptech Material Technology Co., Ltd., a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise", will build its corporate headquarters and new material production base in Huadu District. Only three years after its establishment, Suptech Material Technology Co., Ltd., was selected as national "Little Giant". The company is one of the main raw material suppliers for Nissan, Toyota and Honda, and also participated in the domestic development of raw materials for the whole car series of BMW. The prepared dishes industrial park located at the junction of Guangzhou-Foshan has been settled.
