Recently, the Land Acquisition and Development Plan 2022 by Huadu District of Guangzhou (the Plan) successfully passed the expert review in the expert review meeting of Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, winning unanimous high praise from the experts. This is one of the first batch of land acquisition development plans that passed the expert review organized by Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau after the Provincial People's Government delegated the approval authority of land acquisition integrated development plans to the municipal people's governments above prefecture level for implementation.

　　The Plan is actively in compliance with the "1+1+9" work deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and the "1+1+4" work measures of the Municipal Party Committee. Focusing on the development goal of "international air and railway hub, high-end intelligent manufacturing base, innovative and dynamic city, green and livable Huadu District " in the period of "14th Five-Year Plan", the Plan reasonably delineates 24 integrated development zones for the implementation of some major projects such as new energy vehicles and high-end auto parts, advanced equipment manufacturing, headquarters economy. The development schedule is scientifically arranged in the Plan, which will promote the dual drive of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry, build a modern industrial system led by "one zone, one city and one port", and provide important support for Huadu District to build a new industrial pattern of "one core leading, three belts linking, and six functional zones supporting".
